Bug description: Improper Numeric Conversion (08, 09)
I ran across this problem in an array assignment, but it is reproducible
with any variable assignment. PHP doesn't convert the following numeric
assignments correctly.
$a = 06;
$b = 07;
$c = 08;
$d = 09;
$e = 10;
print $a; // prints 6
print $b; // prints 7
print $c; // prints 0
print $d; // prints 0
print $e; // prints 10
