PHP Bug Type: Filesystem function related
Bug description: fopen does not overwrite files opened via FTP ...
If I try to use fopen to overwrite a file via FTP ...
fopen("ftp://username:password@www.domain.com/system/path/to/file.txt",
"w")
... I get a "Warning: File already exists" error and it fails. Is'nt it
supposed to overwrite it?
