Description:

since we have installed PHP 4.3.2 we get the entry 

"... File 'c:\mysql\share\charsets\?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2) ... "


in our APACHE - error.log

we have installed mysql on another Server !

our FIX:
after we copy just the Folder "...\mysql\share\..." to the WEB-Server
on "C:\mysql\share\..." we didn`t get the Error-Entry
