Operating system: Windows XP Pro
PHP version: Irrelevant
PHP Bug Type: IIS related
Bug description: OK Button Unavailable When You Add Application Mappings
Description:
------------
For anyone attempting to install PHP manually on Windows XP Pro with IIS
5.1, such as those of us trying to test the new PHP 5.0 beta 1, please
note the following problem
described in this Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;318393
It would be great if you could add this to install.txt
or the installation section of the online documentation (so we'd all know
how to work around this IIS bug).
This problem was also reported as bug #14041.
Thanks,
Chuck
