#25313 [NEW]: PHP Error: Undefined Function

It can be found here: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/Web_Languages/PHP/PHP_Windows/Q_20723364.html The problem is that for some reason (and not consistently), php proclaims a function as being undefined when called, even though it is clearly defined. The solution to the problem is to copy the function into a location *before* it is called, instead of after it is called. It's not consistent, and while I can't reproduce it in any traditional sense, in the cases where it does happen, it happens every time the script is called, until you copy the function to a location above where it is being called.
