make & make install were successed
mysql version is 3.23.32
=======Error message

File 'NONEXISTENT/charsets/?.conf' not found (Errcode: 2)
Character set '#24' is not a compiled character set and is not
specified in the 'NONEXISTENT/charsets/Index' file

after i change back the libphp4.so to 4.0.2, no errors!
