From what PHP version was the ini from?
What is the diff between the php.ini-dist from the PHP 5 package
against the one you had?

If you execute php (command, apache CGI or apache module), an exception
occured.
I've remove php.ini's previous PHP version from my windows directory
and now it's work fine.
