Bug #16603: php_mssql.dll won't load

From: norny@yahoo.com Operating system: Windows 2000 PHP version: 4.2.0 PHP Bug Type: MSSQL related Bug description: php_mssql.dll won't load I tried just to load all the extensions in 4.2.0RC4.
