Although I have the required PHP version installed all notes_ functions
are unknown. These should work above 4.0.5
Reproduce code:

$result = notes_version ( "mail.apostema.nsf");
print "$result";
?>
Expected result:
----------------
5.0.10
Actual result:
--------------
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: notes_version() in
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\test\notes.php on line 3
