The problem is related to the php_domxml.dll version 4.3.x. Other

I did so,
please try with domxml. It seems to be domxml-related

Nevermind the display_errors..
Add 'error_reporting(E_ALL);' in the beginning of the script.

Check that 'display_errors' is On..

I tried with the latest stable snapshot
php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip
and there is still no error reporting using php4apache.dll.
With Windows 2000 it's all the same!

Please try using this CVS snapshot:
http://snaps.php.net/php4-STABLE-latest.tar.gz
For Windows:
http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip
And make sure you remove ALL existing php related dlls from your system
first. (php4ts.dll is the most important one)
And make sure you only have ONE there.
