Please be more specific; which extensions are you trying to load and
which entry point cannot be found?
php_gd2.dll is in the ext folder of the zip file.

Unable to load dynamic dll's.
PHP.INI file will correctly identify path to php_*.dll. Error message
returned by OS that entry point to dll cannot be found.
Also, some DLL's appear to be missing?
i.e. php_GD.dll / php_GD2.dll
