#27047 [NEW]: php dont convert case of characters in multibyte (utf-8) string

From: agri at desnol dot ru Operating system: linux PHP version: 4.3.4 PHP Bug Type: mbstring related Bug description: php dont convert case of characters in multibyte (utf-8) string Description: ------------ functions ucfisrst ... strtoupper and so on do not convert case of non-latin chars in utf8 string i.e. if setlocale (en_US.utf8).
