problem was in structure database DBF.
PHP is all right.

Please try using this CVS snapshot:

For Windows:
http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip
And maybe put that dbf file available somewhere so we can test
ourselves too..

Hello,:
when opening some DBF file on linux OS,I got
finish session
in the dbase_get_record_with_names() func.
It just disconnect the HTTP
session when encounter this func.
Database must contain MEMO fields.
Example script:

}
$pocet=dbase_numrecords($file_dbf);
