Do a clean install. (remove ALL old dlls that were installed from
previous PHP versions)
Can not reproduce with clean installation.

Some modules are loading properly (mysql and gd2, for example), but not
all. Apache is still crashing when I try to load ming and mime-magic.
The ldap module loads sometimes but crashes at other times.
