name="submit[4]"><br>
OK - <input type="image" src="image.gif"

OK - <input type="image" src="image.gif"
name="submit_single"><br>
</form>
<pre>
<?
var_dump( $_REQUEST );
?>
</pre>
Expected result:

array(1) {
["submit"]=>
array(1) {
[4]=>
array(2) {
[0]=>
string(1) "9"
[1]=>
string(2) "13"
}
