Description:

Crash when starting Apache web server 1.3.29 with PHP 4.3.4 or 4.3.5 if
Zend Optimizer 2.5.1 is installed.
If PHP is running in CGI mode, Apache starts , but crashes as soon as
any scritpt is called.
All installations - Apache, PHP and Zend Optimizer are standart Windows
installation packages downloaded from official sites.
Installed on clean Windows 2000 system with latest SP.
No modifications of configuration is made.
Reporoducible on diffrent Windows systems.
