#27802 [NEW]: FastCGI PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN default unstable and undocumented.

Description: ------------ If you don't set the env variable PHP_FCGI_CHILDREN, PHP doesn't default to 8 as README.FastCGI suggests; it doesn't bother spawning extra processes at all (default is 0). After PHP_FCGI_MAX_REQUESTS, PHP segfaults.
