Windows 98 shows up a crasher bug using the CLI version of PHP to
execute a simple script.
Reproduce code:
---------------
1. FTP file from remote server.
2. Save file to local file system.
More details tomorrow (Thursday).
Expected result:
----------------
Script executes without dieing on its arse.
Actual result:
--------------
Windows 98 "illegal operation" crash.
