Those are not part of ext/standard, but internal Zend functions.

get_extension_funcs("standard");
don't list debug_backtrace, debug_print_backtrace, error_reporting,
restore_error_handler, set_error_handler ,trigger_error, user_error
functions.
Only error_log function is in array.
Test on php versions : 4.3.3, 4.3.6, 5.0.0b2
