#28390 [NEW]: convert html code to ascii code

When I do a selection from MSSQL2000 server, if there is a char like 'ß' in a field, after selection, it comes to 'á'. I notice extended ascii code for 'ß' is 225, while html code &#225 is 'á'. (&#223 is 'ß'. html code id different from ascii code after 127) It looks like mssql_query() will convert all html code (>127) to extended ascii code. I don't know this is a bug or some hiddden setting for this situation. BTW, I use VB to do the same selection, it display the correct 'ß'.
