The function strftime display the name of months in form: styczeñ,
luty, marzec, kwiecieñ, maj, czerwiec, lipiec, sierpieñ, wrzesieñ,
padziernik, listopad, grudzieñ, e.g. 2 styczeñ 2004, 5 maj 2004, 20
sierpieñ 2004. This is bad grammar. In accordance with polish grammar
it should be: stycznia, lutego, marca, kwietnia, maja, czerwca, lipca,
sierpnia, wrzenia, padziernika, listopada, grudnia, e.g. 2 stycznia
2004, 5 maja 2004, 20 sierpnia 2004.
