In zend_execute_API.c:1107 ,
> tsrm_ls = ts_resource_ex(0, &wParam);
should only be included if ZTS is defined, since ts_resource_ex in
TSRM.h needs /DZTS . Should be wrapped in an #ifdef ZTS / #endif
block. This effectively prevents win32 builds with -disable-zts. Did
not test unix build.
