#28530 [Fbk->Opn]: postfix x mail()
ID: 28530
User updated by: antonio@php.net
Reported By: antonio@php.net
-Status: Feedback
+Status: Open
Bug Type: Mail related
Operating System: FreeBSD 4.10-PRERELEASE
PHP Version: 4.3.6
New Comment:
Cenario: FreeBSD 4.10, Apache 1.3.31, PHP 4.3.6 and postfix.
When we try to execute that code (even on console), the mail is not
being sent to the destination mail because - for some strange reason -
mail() is sending an empty RCPT TO to postfix.
I've tested using sendmail (another machine with same cenario, except
for postfix) and the mail goes ok.
