I am sure that this is actually PHP 4.3.7 because Apache's environment listing on the same page reports that SERVER_SOFTWARE is Apache/2.0.49 (Win32) PHP/4.3.7. The build date Apr 14 2004 17:17:11 also appears to be wrong (shouldn't it be closer to June 2 2004?).
