9.999.999.999 looks like about ten gigabytes to me,
not ten megabytes, so this isn't that bad a limit
after all?

It is not possible to increase the value for upload_max_filesize in
php.ini to a value greater than 9999999999 Bytes. Uploads with more
them 10 MB doesn't work
