Bug description: ISAPI version causes event ID 1013 on IIS6

This bug was already discussed and closed here :

But since 4.3.5 to 4.3.7 the problem come back.
I try to modify the time from 90 seconds to 600 but nothing change, PHP
ISAPI filter doens't shuts down properly.
