In many cases these libraries could not be found eventhough they were properly named and in the directory where the server was looking for them. ;extension=php_exif.dll ;extension=php_iconv.dll ;extension=php_ifx.dll ;extension=php_iisfunc.dll ;extension=php_java.dll ;extension=php_mcrypt.dll ;extension=php_mysql.dll ;extension=php_mysqli.dll ;extension=php_oci8.dll ;extension=php_oracle.dll ;extension=php_pdf.dll ;extension=php_pspell.dll ;extension=php_sybase_ct.dll Reproduce code: --------------- When all of these lines were there in the PHP.ini, the server would not start and not report an error. I had to start and stop the server numerous time enabling each dynamic load one at a time to isolate the libraries which were culprit.
