Bug description: php_ifx.dll is maybe not a PHP library
Description:

PHP 5.0.0 working fine with no modules. Change php.ini to load
php_ifx.dll extension and get a popup dialog saying:
PHP Startup: Invalid library (maybe not a PHP library) 'php_ifx.dll'
Informix Client SDK 3.8 is installed and working. Had Informix extension
working fine under PHP 4.3.2 on same system.
