It creates and opens a Spreadsheet on the client computer, this allow him to save the Spreadsheet on his computer. It works on a wide variety of systes, Windows 95, Windows 98, WIndows XP and Excel 97, Excel 2000, but it doesn't work on client system where there is something named 2003 like Windows 2003 or Excel 2003.
