That's the wrong approach for sorting dates. Keep a unix timestamp of
the date and sort after it.

the sorting functions worked fine for me until two days ago, when i was
doing a date sorting of interviews in the site i recently do. so my
request :) is (and something that i think is VERY usefull) is date
sorting. for example - if i have dates like that - "Feb '02", "Mar
'01"
and so on - i want to sort them by asc and desc. date() has such
"short" date creaton - Feb, Mar, etc... - which is just one side of the
medalion :). adding date sorting in "short" dates is the other ... :)
