Yes, he is being ignorant for not reading the dos and donts. BUT, is
it really neccesary to be a smart ass about it? Next time you feel
like saying something unprofessional (yes, we should try and act
professional ;) ) use the 'Not enough info' QuickFix, that is what it's
there for.
