#31053 [NEW]: Can't open php.exe: php4ts.dll missing

From: elin_grey at hotmail dot com Operating system: Windows 98 PHP version: 4.3.9 PHP Bug Type: Unknown/Other Function Bug description: Can't open php.exe: php4ts.dll missing Description: ------------ I can't open php. When I try I get a message something like "cannot find php4ts.dll". But php4ts.dll is right there among the other files.
