Yes, that's fixed it. Seems to happen a lot recently (.re and .c
commited in the wrong order). :-)

Either install re2c (http://www.tildeslash.org/re2c/ afaik) or just
touch the url_scanner_ex.re file (seems someone forgot to touch it in
CVS).
