Does this error still occur with the lastest (CVS) version?

I try to use the imap_utf7_encode and imap_utf_decode to
decode and encode the example in RFC2060. But they are
not correct.
I compile with the c-client of imap2000a.
example¡G
echo imap_utf7_decode('&U,BTFw-');
echo imap_utf7_encode('¥x¥_');
