This isnt part of phpdoc - it's part of the php-src. I couldnt see
where else it fit in, so I've put it in Feature/Change request

phpize ships as an executable with php, but does not
come with a corresponding man page. It would be nice to
have a simple man page for phpize.

No manual entry for phpize
Expected result:

shows the man page.
