result of this is hard stupid: 7FFFFFF 
mus be: FFFFFFFF 
 
echo (int)0xFFFFFFFF 
result is hard stupid: 2147483647 
must be: -1 
 
 
 
 
 

Expected result:

result: FFFFFFFF 
 
echo (int)0xFFFFFFFF
