Tried to use http://snaps.php.net/win32/php4-win32-STABLE-latest.zip
as new base C:/PHP directory. This causes all pages to fail with 404
File not found error. Same php.ini was used.

Call to get_current_user crashes when page is refreshed. I have to
restart IIS 5.0 and the call will work 1st time only. If I refresh the
page then ...ka-boom!
