Bug #17104: Missing Extensions

From: jwohlers@mail.wcc.cc.il.us Operating system: Windows PHP version: 4.2.0 PHP Bug Type: *Compile Issues Bug description: Missing Extensions The .zip binary distribution of PHP 4.2.0 appears to be missing certain extensions.
