New Comment:
It refuses to use Z for a reason - as that is orginally the letter used
during login scripts AFAIK. Try to avoid using it!

Description:
------------
I have installed a ramdrive as drive Z to point the session.save_path
to it.
The php-5.0.3-installer.exe file asks to select a destination directory
where to save the sessions.
It refused to select "Z:" as session.save_path destination.
I had to select the default installation path and only after the
installation, manually edit the session.save_path in php.ini file to:
session.save_path= Z:
Afterwards, I have tested the sessions and every thing works perfect.
