Not documented? OK, closing this one (there are more undocumented
extensions and we won't file bugreports for each of them...).

update:
I have updated the extension, and given that it still builds and no one
has complained, i'm going to say that that part is finished.
However, this extension is not currently documented, so if anyone
wanted to take the rein on that...

You don´t need to inform the translators. The change was made in
global.ent and all translated manuals would use the link in global.ent.
There is only ONE global.ent in the phpdoc repository

i have also only updated the url to the Birdstep/Velocis product,
currently.

Jennifer,
we have a module right now called "velocis", which I assume to be the
module that deals with your product. I wonder if you have a new (one
word) name you'd like to call it, and then we can update the code
appropriately. There are a number of references to velocis all over the
source, both for the php4 code and documentation.
