It's unable to connect to a MS-Access database located on a network
drive.
That's work only on the local drive (e.g. [C:]).
Reproduce code:

$cfg_dsn = "DRIVER=Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb);
DBQ=X:/Access.mdb;
UserCommitSync=Yes;
Threads=3;
SafeTransactions=0;
PageTimeout=5;
MaxScanRows=8;
MaxBufferSize=2048;
DriverId=281;
DefaultDir=C:/Progra~1/CommonFiles/ODBC/DataSources";
$cfg_dsn_login = "";
$cfg_dsn_mdp = "";
odbc_connect($cfg_dsn,$cfg_dsn_login,$cfg_dsn_mdp);
Expected result:

odbc_connect must be return a resource id.
Actual result:
--------------
odbc_connect results a error message
