From: sotiriszegiannis at hotmail dot com Operating system: winxp PHP version: Irrelevant PHP Bug Type: *General Issues Bug description: i can't copy one file from one location to another if there are greek character Description: ------------ i can't copy one file from one location to another if there are greek characters in the path.For example if the path looks something like this "d:\songs\ôñáãïõäéá\hello.mp3" the copying fails.What can i do?I also have a configuration problem with semaphores.I looked at the ini file but i couldn't find the sysvmsg.value variable which is required.
