What has changed from version 4.x that works everytime to 5.x being harder then the search for the Holy Grail to get it to work. One good thing the install docs are finally updated but of course following them word for word still does not mean it will work. I am up for any suggestions at this point. Is this a bug or do other have PHP 5.0.3 CGI version working on Windows 2003 Server? CGI Timeout The specified CGI application exceeded the allowed time for processing.
