Crap! Too freaking tired of course this isn't a bug, it doesn't make
sense!
In theory it does though... ah well, lack of sleep didn't help here.

When renaming a folder to same name as file in same path, an error
occurs.
example:
folder: test1
folder: test2
file01: file1
file02: file2
renaming test1 to file1 (even though it's still a folder on the system)
causes an error.
Reproduce code:

rename($oldname,$newname);
