Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.

And FYI: This is a won't fix in 4.3 - but it's fixed in PHP 5.

Over 32768 count with foreach loop, some code cause the Segmentation
Fault.
Reproduce code:

$loop_count = 32768;
$a = array_fill(0, $loop_count, 'foobar');
foreach ($a as $key => $val) {
$other[$key] = $val;
}
?>
Actual result:
