While safe_mode is enabled PHP slash quotes in arguments passed to
programs executed by exec functions.
Reproduce code:
---------------
passthru("echo \"some 'quoted' text\"");
passthru("echo 'some \"quoted\" text'");
Expected result:
----------------
some 'quoted' text
some "quoted" text
Actual result:
--------------
some \'quoted\' text
some \"quoted\" text
