Please upgrade to PHP 5.
Support for COM in PHP 4 is not available for free, since it was
rewritten from scratch for PHP 5.

I get an Access Violation in php.exe, or the ISAPI dll when trying to
use new COM.
Reproduce code:

$acctDomain = "localhost";
echo "Making COM connection using ADSI\n\r";
$acctStr = "WinNT://".$acctDomain;
echo "$acctStr\n\r";
$comUsers = new COM($acctStr);
echo "new COM Sucessful";
?>
Expected result:

Don't crash, just make the COM object available to me.
Actual result:
