Bug description: PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 01990AFD

Sometimes, this error occured at the bottom of all php's page.
But if i don't reboot IIS, this error seems to crash it.

Sorry, but i haven't any code to give 'cause this error occured with any
.php page.
