Only after encoding in ZendSafeGuard-3.1.0b-Windows-i386.exe:
is_array() return erroneous result.
Reproduce code:

echo gettype($GLOBALS[$var]); // print "array", ok
vad_dump($GLOBALS[$var]); // print array, ok
if (is_array($GLOBALS[$var])) ... // FALSE - BUG

Expected result:

php5 + is_array() + zendencoder must be work.
Actual result:
