Bug #17311: variables added to URL are deleted on submit

From: remco@r-buijk.demon.nl Operating system: Freebsd 4.3R PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: *URL Functions Bug description: variables added to URL are deleted on submit When using for example <A HREF="TEST.php?ID=10>Test</A> the variable ID is not passed to the next session when you press the link. The variable ID is just empty.
